And the sun came up and dried up all the rain!

The last few days have been beautiful!  But the devastation from the days of rain will be felt for a long time.  Loss of lives, people still unaccounted for, homes destroyed, roads washed out....and on and on.  We were fortunate that the camping area of the park was spared....other parts of the park were flooded.

On Sunday Dean and I went to service at First Universalist of Denver.....we've been there before and really like it....the topic was Sight....and Insight.....they also mentioned the flooding in Boulder that affected the Boulder UU Church and several of their members....

On Monday Dean and I took an early morning ride around the park.....it's enormous and just beautiful....

The Dam
This morning.....more deer....walking leisurely by the trailers...

Yep!  Those are the Rocky Mountains in the background!

We say goodbye to Denver early tomorrow morning and begin our journey home....we stop in Clarksville, Tenn to see our nieces Jenna, Renee (she just had her baby) and Lisa.....then on to Tuscaloosa, Alabama to see Dean's sister Nancy.

In light & love,
Tobi
